Q:	What are the Minimum Quantities I can order?
A.	The minimum quantity you can order for 15 M.T.
Q:	What is the normal Shipment Period?
A.	Within 45 days of receiving L/C or Contact.
Q:	Will sample be provided on Buyer's request?
A.	Yes -sample will be provided in small quantities FREE OF CHARGE but the Buyer is suppose to pay the shipment charge. Therefore for providing sample we request our valued Buyers to ask any International Courier / Express service to pick up the sample from our office after confirmation of production of the sample.
Q:	What are the modes of payment?
A.	Confirmed Irrevocable letter of credit at 100% payment at sight or TT in advance by by SWIFT transfer.
Q:	How prices are generally quoted?
A.	Prices are generally quoted according to quality or Buyers requirement. Our pricing terms are FOB, C&F, CIF & CPT as per Buyers requirements.
Q:	How is letter of credit to be established?
A.	Confirmed and at sight letter of credit should be established.
